Blogging From A to Z April Challenge – No Theme

Blogging From A to Z April Challenge
I have never had a theme for the Blogging From A to Z April Challenge because I find it a bit confining and with a theme, there is a limit to what you can do with it. And I'm lazy. I am almost certain I'll be writing short fiction with some random stuff in between like I did last year. If not, you'll know because of what I'll have posted.

This year, I did ask for word suggestions which I already got a few but I don't know if I'll use all of them. If you are incline, leave some word suggestions on this post here.

I think the joy of doing the A to Z challenge is because you are not completely prepared and maybe your brain work better if you have to think almost to the last minute of what to post. Or so I reason whenever I do this challenge. I have seen a lot of people quitting even before they reach the letter F, so yes, this is a challenge and no, I'm not prepared at all. Not even a little and this is how I usually blog anyway.

The A to Z April Challenge, if you don't know, is to post every day in April (except Sundays) using the 26 letters of the alphabet as a sort of guide for each post/letter of the day. To find out more, visit the A to Z blog here.

I left a bunch of random words, but even if you don't use them, I'm looking forward to what you will come up with!

  9. Good. short fiction with some random stuff in between like I did last year. Give opportunity for the last minute effort and creativity. Good luck and best wishes. I am also holding a paper that I have to send today. Looking for that last minute or hour spurt in energy.

  10. It's so interesting to learn how other bloggers approach the challenge. For me, I like the confines of a theme (although typically broad ones) and have to prepare ahead of time otherwise I'm too stressed. I love that for you it's different and that your creativity is sparked by the pressure of writing your posts under the deadlines. Everyone has different ways to reach their creativity. That's part of the fun! Looking forward to seeing where your posts take you this year. Weekends In Maine

  11. Fiction is something I really like and I will be following all the fiction writers in the A2Z. As a suggestion, you could write something about suspense or thriller maybe? either ways will be looking forward to your work. Good luck :)

  12. You're so right! I tried this challenge a few years ago, and it was hard to stay focused, so kudos to you for jumping in. Hope you're doing well! Hugs, RO

  13. The last two challenges: I did randomly and spontaneously as well. Hope you enjoy the journey! I like this quote at the bottom of your site: "To practice any art, no matter how well or badly, is a way to make your soul grow. So do it."- Kurt Vonnegut

    True words!
